Cassy
I remember finding Tolstoy quite addictive - I even read through the night when reading War and Peace (that was pre-children).

Karen in CO
:iagree: Me, too! My sister just shook her head at me and said, "You do know how it ends, right?" I have it on my kindle. :001_smile: Don't let her tell you how it ends! That is a terrible thing to do to a person, but Anna K. Is so wonderful. I love that book. I put it down the first few times I tried it, but once I truly started it, it took hold of me and kept me up late at night.
Satori
Aw, don't even hint how it ends, lol! I'm 60% of the way through Anna Karenina on my Kindle for iPad. About to relax and read some more this afternoon. I have to admit I started this book twice in the past five years, but both during busy times of my life. This time I'm looking forward to finally finishing it. :)

fairfarmhand
well, I cheated a bit on the beginning. I got an audio book from the library to get me started. Those Russian names are just so intimidating! But now I am into it.
mommaduck
You might want to put padding on your kindle or nook before you are at the end, because you just might end up throwing it.
