Have to brag

That is awesome!! What are you doing? (If you dont mind telling.) I just had our second baby 5 weeks ago and Im dying to get this weight off! Im tempted to do Atkins again since it worked so well before, but its not the healthiest diet:)

 

I don't mind sharing! Mostly low carb, based off The South Beach plan. I try to stay away from gluten containing foods a lot, and don't do a lot of grains, although I occasionally have some oatmeal or quinoa. LOTS of veggies, lean proteins, and some good fats.

 

I also exercise. I'm slowly working my way through Insanity by Beach Body right now, and it is HARD, but worth it. My muscle tone is way better, I'm stronger, and I'm losing inches.
