TundraAcademy Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Hi, We are doing Early American History this year and I would like to do 3 or 4 lapbooks. The lapbooks I've seen for sale seem very detailed. I just want to find one that doesn't include a curriculum with it. I'm not very artistic, but good at cutting and pasting from the internet! I just need something simple. Does anyone know where I can find this? Or does anyone want to share some photos of ones they have completed? I just need a few ideas to get me going I think. I'm interested in Colonial America, American Revolution, Frontiersmen, Lewis and Clark, Gold Rush, etc. Links to some blogs would be fine too! Wendy Quote
TolleLegeAcademy Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 I've come across these links so far (I'll update if I find others) http://www.homeschoolhelperonline.com/lapbooks.htm Scroll down for history http://ushistory.pwnet.org/links/foldables.php Quote
King Alfred Academy Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Have you checked out Homeschoolshare.com? If you click on "lapbooking" (all the way to the right) on the purple bar you can see all the FREE ones they have. They have a lot and they may have some you are looking for. They seem pretty easy to me. Quote

Sue G in PA Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Evan-Moor History Pockets -they have them in book form and e-book form for easy download and printing. That is what I was going to suggest. They have a "pocket" for each of the themes you mentioned. Quote
