cjzimmer1 Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 I only make whole wheat tortillas. I've always used the recipe in the King Arthur Baking book and it works well for me. Extra thickness is easy to get, just don't roll them out as much (or use the press like I do). The only time I've had problems with breaking/crumbling is when I've overcooked them.
