PIE! Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 We just read LOF Apples-Dogs. We LOVED Apples, Butterflies, and Cats, but Dogs was depressing. And it wasn't just about not keeping the dogs at the end (though I am grateful for the sticker added so the dogs don't all die), but the whole book was a downer. Too much swindling, not enough silliness. Does the happy silliness come back after Dogs? I'd like to go on if it does.
