Trish
My son was typing an equation and needed to raise the variable to a power, in other words, to "square" the N. He couldn't find a tool to do that, so I told him to just write N x N. He got marked wrong (which doesn't seem right, because it's an equivalent value in the equation), and we still don't know how to "square" things. Anybody know?
alisonf3
I have used the symbol ^ (using shift 6) to show this in a class that required typing equations. Alison
Trish
thanks, we'll give it a try! This is our first year using KB, so we're just learning the ropes.
