Kinetic Books Algebra: How to Make a Power?

Recommended Posts

My son was typing an equation and needed to raise the variable to a power, in other words, to "square" the N. He couldn't find a tool to do that, so I told him to just write N x N. He got marked wrong (which doesn't seem right, because it's an equivalent value in the equation), and we still don't know how to "square" things.

Anybody know?
