Familyties
I have a budding scientist on my hands, who wants to do experiments with potions...or so he told me tonight! He is 6 (1st grade), so I am looking for some simple mixing solutions that give a reaction. Please post any that you have or know of. Want to keep it simple, but allow him to be creative and keep his desire to learn! TIA!!!
Down_the_Rabbit_Hole
I wouls look at some children's chemistry books. They will take you beyond changing the color of the water and vinegar/baking soda explosions. http://www.amazon.com/Fizz-Bubble-Flash-Explorations-Adventures/dp/188559383X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347273662&sr=8-1&keywords=fizz+bubble+flash http://www.amazon.com/Janice-VanCleaves-Chemistry-Every-Kid/dp/0471620858/ref=pd_sim_b_21
