I've emailed the company and left a voice message about trying to place an order, but haven't heard back. Any suggestions? Was this your experience? Are they out of business? Thanks :). Alison in KY Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 I ordered about 5 weeks ago and it took about 2.5 weeks to receive my order. Communication wasn't very well between them, because my order was later than expected, but I am very, very happy with the products. I've seen it suggested that the family may be out of the country. I think the website is messing up, and possibly no one is there to fix it. That's my hope at least, I don't want them to go out of business. Apparently the owner has just returned back to USA, and is working on things. However, I'm sure he's behind so it might be awhile.
