momto2Cs
I have a class Tuesday evenings, and dh loves to be able to pop a casserole in the oven, make a salad, and serve the kids dinner while I'm gone. I need some more casserole recipes please! Crockpot ones work too. :D
Miss Cornelia Snook
I'm currently munching a leftover crockpot recipe from last night. Toss in the crockpot: a 2.5 pound bag of frozen chicken breasts an 8 oz. brick of cream cheese a drained and rinsed can of black beans a drained can of corn a can of Rotel tomatoes Stir it now and then while cooking on low for 6-8 hours, then turn off the power and let it sit for 45 mionutes. Shred the chicken and serve over rice. It's good. Not spicy--pretty mild flavor. My kids like it.
