momto2Cs
I'm looking for a good, nicely laid out thesaurus for ds11. Any recommendations? Thanks!
Snickerdoodle
My same aged son likes this one. We have several and this is his go to.
daijobu
I have the 4th edition of Roget's International Thesaurus by Robert Chapman. I just read the Amazon reviews of the most recent edition and they were pretty positive. Note this is not an alphabetical thesaurus, but one that's organized by categories of words. I wonder if using these "old-fashioned" thesauri is a lost skill, but I think they are better than "A to Z" synonym lists.
Kareni
We like this one: The Synonym Finder by J.I. Rodale. My daughter even took it to college with her. Regards, Kareni
PeterPan
Have you thought about an app? We super-love our dictionary app. It shows antonyms. It's plenty for this age, or at least it is for us. We have The Synonym Finder, but we love how snappy fast the app is on the ipad. :)

Hedgehogs4
I followed SWB's suggestion in WWS and bought Roget's International. My DS 11 is doing fine with it. I think there is value in actually working through the use of the good-old-fashioned reference book.
