I have used NOEO Science for a couple of years now and am very satisfied with the program. I ordered the Physics III this year for ds12. To my horror, UPS delivered my beautiful books and kits in the pouring-down rain with no protection! Everything was pruned into oblivion. I was seriously :cursing: my non-regular-route UPS person. (My regular guy would NEVER do that!)

 

The folks at NOEO were soooo accommodating when I explained what had happened. They filed a claim with UPS, who addressed the issue. I received my beautiful, clean, dry, nice, new books and kits today. :001_wub: I just wanted to give a shout-out to a company that serves their customers well!

So good to hear a nice report! I'm especially glad to hear this as we have used Noeo for the last 2 years and plan to continue using their products.
