I was thinking like articles or something that list out what to do how many times, for how long etc, so that I could print it out. Thia Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 I've seen stuff on Pintrest, like the 100 workout (can't remember exactly what it is), but all exercises you can do yourself. Also, look online at the magazines like Women's Day and Good Housekeeping. I know the hardcopy mags often come with suggested workouts and I'm sure that they post them online.
