Spryte
Story of the World and the Activity Guide. We love the CDs, also. We also love a lot of the book suggestions in the AG. I love history, so this is one area we do a lot of extra reading. This book is a big favorite, too, and one we come back to revisit with each time period we study. Jim Weiss CDs ... many of them ... Oops, ETA we started SOTW in 1st.
Hannah
SOTW for 1-4. We love the story format aimed at young children, the cd's are great and we had a history club to do the activities from the AG with 2 other families once per week. K12 Human Odyssey for middle grades. We like the narrative style and is a good follow up to SOTW. We have the text and 2nd hand student books and teacher's guide from which I draw assignments when we aren't outlining.
