ksr5377
I was talking to a couple of people about possible tablet options for my children and I'm leaning towards the Fire. We already have Amazon Prime so I thought it would be easy to deal with. However, someone told me that you HAVE to purchase your apps through Amazon and that they are limited compared to Apple options? My children are young, so I'm looking for something that is somewhat inexpensive but that will play videos and educational as well as fun apps. cara
There is a way to add in apps not in the Amazon store called side loading. There are tons of you tube videos showing you how. I found it to be A pain and not every app can be sideloaded. Even with sideloading, the Apple App Store is better.
Catwoman
Amazon has a Free App of the Day every day for the Kindle Fire, and you will be amazed at how many free apps you will find that you can use with your kids. Not all of the free apps are for kids, but there are enough of them to keep your little ones busy.
