Kathleen in VA Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I saw this on a blog and gave it a try. I'm lousy at it. Maybe some of you who actually own sheep could do better. http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/sleep/sheep/reaction_version5.swf Quote
shalom22 Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 That was cute. I have the reflexes of an ambling armadillo, so I guess that makes me a Texas Speed bump. Quote
LisaNY Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I could *never* play a game that shoots darts at cute little sheep! :crying: My little Nellie and Fiona would never speak (baa) to me again! Quote
hillfarm Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 We keep sheep. This game is in no way a realistic simulation. For one thing, they never all run in the same direction. None of them headed straight for the viewer as if to knock them down. None of them were running dragging any restraint devices such as leads or halters which they would certainly use to hang themselves. None were jumping higher than the viewers head. None were so excited that they used other flock members as stair steps or raised sidewalks. None of them hurt themselves in a spectacular and costly way. None of the others used the main excitement as a cover to sneak off from the rear of the flock. None stopped to eat anything toxic along the escape route. None pretended to be pregnant and then after months of waiting wasn't and none appeared quite svelte until showing up one morning with an unexpected pair of twins. And mostly, they were not making a break for it while the viewer was dressed in either A)church clothes or B)bed clothes:lol:. Quote

Kathleen in VA Posted July 15, 2008 Author Posted July 15, 2008 Ds19 is a rocketing rabbit. I'm an ambling armadillo. That is, as long as I don't send the dart out too soon, which I have done most of the time. Quote
kat19 Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Mine said I was~~ambling armadillo Not fast enough :001_smile: Quote
Janna Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I got Rocketing rabbit (or whatever it was called. The 2nd one), I have played this stupid thing for waaaay to long trying to improve my score. I'm competing against myself. It is not good enough that I am the 2nd one. It's an illness. Sometimes I remind myself of Monica on Friends - like when she's in the Bahamas (I think) and her hair is all frizzy (that's not the part I'm similar to her with. My hair is so fine, nothing will give it volume, LOL) and she's playing ping pong against Mike. Only smashing her finger gets her to forfeit. Yup. That'd be me. Quote
Brindee Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I played twice. First time I was an ambling armadillo. Second time I was a bobbing bobcat. Quote
crazycoffeechic Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 That was fun! I am a Ambling armadillo, it said for me to get a cup of coffee.... well, I WAS drinking a cup of coffee when I was doing it!!:glare: Man, I have tried it 2 more time and I have a happy trigger finger, I keep on getting 3 second penalties for shooting before the sheep ever come out! Everytime they move their head I shoot! Quote
