Rebecca VA
I just did a quick search on Amazon and Oriental Trading Company and didn't find a thing. You know, you could put stiff backings on some cute pictures of fairies and use those to decorate the cake.

LadyJ
If you have anyplace that carries the safari brand toobs, they have one with fairies in it. They carry them locally at our Michaels craft store. Also our Fred Meyer carries Schleich brand which has some fairies but they look more elvish than cutesy to me. Unicorn.
If they make fairy cakes at walmart (and possibly HEB), you can just buy the cake toppers. I've done that before. You can also look for fairies in the toy section at Target.

Wheres Toto
My daughter had fairies on her cake last year. They were a set of Tinkerbell and her friends from Toys R Us.
