JessReplanted
Has anyone ever fallen into a depression while eating Low Carb? It's been 2 weeks of eating LCHF, so I should be past the sugar withdrawal, right? How I'm feeling may be circumstantial, but I'm just wondering if it has anything to do with how I'm eating. Thanks! freeindeed
Eating low carb actually helps me with my moods. I feel better and don't struggle as much with depression as I did pre-LC. Maybe it's circumstantial. Praying that you feel better soon.
Caraway
Depending on how you were eating before, you could still ge going through withdrawal from sugar and gluten. :grouphug:
justamouse
hmmm... I hit a bad brain fog for a while, and if I were to be honest, I might say yes. I was *definitely* not as uppity (I am quite tigger like) as I usually am. It did go away, and when I get like that, I up my veggies. I think my body was finding its new sugar normal. I just lived off carbs and veggies for so long, then with the hyopglycemia, I think it is was a roller coaster of bloodsugar. Now I'm very even keeled, but if I'm getting cranky, I eat a salad.
