Debbie Meyer Green Bags

 

My in laws use these and say you can keep a head of lettuce for a month~it will stay fresh that long in one of these bags. Broccoli they have had in a bag for 3 weeks and it looks like they just picked it out of the garden.

 

I seen them at our local Walgreens store.

 

 

Just wanted to know if anyone else heard about them??

I've seen them on TV and was thinking about getting them because everytime I go to buy fruits and veggies they end up spoiling before we can eat all of it.

Yep! We have them, and they work :D

 

The only problem is that a bowl of apples sitting out on the kitchen island gets eaten; they look yummy! But a bag of apples sitting in a green bag is kind of, uh, unappetizing ;)

 

We keep a few in the bowl now, the rest go in the bag until the ones in the bowl are gone. Same with bananas.

I've seen these alot on QVC. I've never tried them, though.
