momto10blessings Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 About 6 yrs ago one of my moms group friends brought our family this dish after the arrival of our son. It was delish! And I've been craving it lately. Only problem is she moved out of town and we lost contact so I have no idea how to get in touch with her to get the recipe. Every recipe I find online is for a cold dish, but hers was warm. It had chicken, spaghetti noodles, cucumber and maybe another veg or 2 in a warm peanut butter sauce. No crunchy peanuts or anything. Anyone have any ideas? I guess I could make one of the recipes I found online and just warm the sauce, but thought I'd try here first.
