AnnaM
After the fiasco of our buyers attempting to back out of their contract and then un-backing out but still wanting to close in 4 days, the appraiser getting upset over being rushed, a delayed closing date, a paper that was missed during signing and the funds being delayed by a day, we are FINALLY done with the sale of our house. I just needed to . Now I need sympathy over having to live with my parents while our new house is built LOL

Wildcat
 Congratulations! In this real estate market, I would guess that selling one's house would be harder than living with one's parents for a short time, so the hardest part should be over. Feel better? :D
Woodhaven
Congratulations on the sale of your house!! Sympathy offered on your living situation while you await your new home being built. :grouphug: You can do it! You have something wonderful to look forward to - and perhaps it won't be too bad.

jenL
After the house fiasco, you can handle anything... having the NEW house to look forward to will help you to make it at your parents. Remember, living with them is only TEMPORARY :) Congratulations!!!

Evergreen State Sue
Celebrating with you that your house finally closed! :) Hugs to you that you have to live with your parents. :grouphug: I find it is helpful to be grateful when I don't like the situation I find myself in. For example, be thankful you have some place to live while you are building your house. We don't have any family that could do that for us. Oh, I am :) And my comment was somewhat tounge in cheek as we actually rarely even see them since they own their own business and we are in and out with kids activities. Staying here does amazing things for us as we are attempting to build mortgage free. The money that we save by not renting goes into making that a reality. I have awesome family.
