Singapore Math users using 2A- US Edition

I wondering if someone could help me out?

 

I'm in the process of mapping out assignments in my homeschool tracker program. I have the Singapore Math 2A- 3rd edition, which does not include yards, feet, inches, pounds and ounces.

 

I've ordered replacement copies, but for now my plugging in Math has come to a halt. I was hoping someone could post what lessons correspond with the following topics in the workbook:

 

Length

• Measuring Length in Meters
  
• Measuring Length in Centimeters
  
• Measuring Length in Yards and Feet
  
• Measuring Length in Inches

Weight

• Measuring Weight in Kilograms
  
• Measuring Weight in Grams

Did you know there are Yahoo! groups for sharing un-copywrited lesson plans w/ HST+? There is a files section with lessons for SM that you can download and customize, if you are interested. Here's the link for the Matth Yahoo! group:
