That's awesome! Congratulations!

I wonder if I should join...I have been working out a minimum of 3 days a week, and lately for 2 hours at a time, keeping my heart rate at 78% of my body weight, eating very little, and I'm gaining. I feel good - energy-wise. But I'm very depressed that I'm not getting back into my pre-pregnancy clothes and in fact am moving further away from that goal. Maybe WW is something I should try. I've never been on it, so I don't know what to expect.

Congratulations on your weight loss.

Janna,

Don't get to discouraged about the weight gain. When you start or increase a new exercise routine your body holds onto water to heal the muscle fibers that have been torn from exercise. Increase your water and eat more. I know that sounds stupid, but for most people you have to eat to lose. Just make sure it's good "clean" food and not processed sugary junk.

Blessings

Congratulations! I started going back to WW just today.

Janna, I agree....eat more CLEAN foods and you'll drop it in no time. Are you doing weights too? If you add in weights (if you aren't), then you won't have to work out as long. Your muscles will be burning fat even when you aren't working out.

I keep looking at the WW website, but not actually settling down and DOING it.

Which plan do you follow?

Do you go to live meetings, or the online program?

Congratulations, it must feel great!
