They have a more extensive program for a fee, but their beginner podcasts are free. I really like the format -- so many of the podcasts I've heard are rather stilted in their presentation, whereas this comes across as two guys sitting and talking. Also, I like how they have a short dialog that they repeat, slowly, then go through the meaning. As a supplement for Arabic learners...
