It's legal to list ingredients - you can't copyright that. I'm pretty sure the written descriptions and instructions are under copyright, though. As a reader, it might be more interesting to read your own instructions, though - what worked, what didn't, how you "tweaked" it, etc. It sounds like a fun idea - kind of like Julie/Julia but with family!
