dansamy
it's driving my poor dog nuts! It makes a chirp about every 30-60s. She claws her way into my lap and then jumps back down. :glare: I finally put her outside! (The smoke detector is chirping because I made french toast. Don't ask!) Ours usually chirps like this when the battery is low. If it went off recently, that might have been the drain that pushed it over the edge. dansamy
Nope. I know exactly what it is! It chirps on a regular basis when I cook something in a frying pan.
regentrude
get one that has a button which switches it off temporarily for ten minutes. Mine goes off when I fry, but one press silences it for ten minutes.
