A home for their hearts Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 I'm tired of having the same things over and over again, I need something new. I have a tray of chicken breasts, what should I do with it? Quote
Kelli in TN Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 I think you should just put the chicken in the freezer for another night. Have you considered the health benefits of mint chocolate chip ice cream? I believe we'll be having that for supper tonight. Quote

Once Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 You could have Russian Chicken. Package of onion soup mix, half bottle of Russian salad dressing and a can of cranberries. Mix together and throw in the oven until it bubbles. My kids like it too! It is good with mashed potatoes. I got this one from Sonlight cooks too. Quote
TammyinTN Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 :iagree: I haven't made that in years...it sounds so good! Quote

Once Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 How about Chicken Kabobs with bacon and pineapple chunks. Slather with butter and garlic and BBQ. I liked those to......mmm.....I'm seeing a pattern.:tongue_smilie: Quote
bairnmama Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 I love to slice mine really thin, like tenderloins. Then just put them in my iron skillet with olive oil, rosemary, sea salt, onion powder and a little garlic (or I just use my italian seasoning grinder if I'm tired), and cook till done, turning often. They stay really juicy & tender and very flavorful. I usually toss mine with pasta, but the white rice might work. Quote
