foster_sk
If you don't follow @HonestToddler on Twitter, you should! It's worth signing up for a twitter account if you don't have one. Hilarous! Here are some gems from last night: Toddler Tip: Coughing until you throw up = THE BIG BED. Just sayin. Daddy enjoy the view of my back while I snuggle with your wife! Hee hee :) #love Turned around and saw daddy staring at me in the dark the way Scar looked at Simba! OMG Mommy hold me close. :( https://twitter.com/HonestToddler
foster_sk
Maybe everyone here is past the toddler stage? ;) I don't know... I thought it was funny. :D
Annie G
I've been reading it for about a week- my kids are waaay past that stage, and maybe that's why I find it funny. I can remember how hard it was raising toddlers but I survived- so I can laugh at this stuff.
rgrin
Someone posted a link several days ago, maybe a week. DH and I have checked it out every few days since then (we don't "do" twitter). It truly is hilarious... maybe, as PP said, it's more funny now that I don't have to deal with it anymore. Though I have considered making an Honest-Toddler inspired poster for the kitchen: "Disappointment, it's what's for dinner". My older son is ALWAYS disappointed with dinner if it doesn't include a side of mac-n-cheese.

melissel
"Daddy suggested a family camping trip. Mama said she has no desire to experience homelessness.":lol::lol: That's just funny no matter how old your kids are. "If the brochures at the bank are free why can't I have a stack. I can't care about mortgage?" Sadly, my 6- and 9-year-olds feel the same way :glare:

Moxie
If you're new to HT, go back several months and read about the broken IPad and the trip to the Apple store. :001_smile:

Ghee
"If the brochures at the bank are free why can't I have a stack. I can't care about mortgage?" Sadly, my 6- and 9-year-olds feel the same way :glare: For my 13 year old, it's the coupon books at rest areas. "Look, Mom! We can stay at LaQuinta Inn in (obscure city we aren't visiting anytime soon) for $89 a night. Isn't that a BARGAIN??!" Oh, and he gets all the free things like "Auto Trader" and "Apartment Hunter" when we pass the stands on the sidewalks. Because we are TOTALLY in the market for another car or wanting to move into an apartment two towns over....not!
Tasia
My 13 year old has been sending these to me over the last few weeks. My favorite is: "Dear Toddler Clothing Manufacturers, WE HAVE BIG HEADS."
