shukriyya
Do you like it? Are there a ton of ads? Are the recipes grain-heavy?
PrincessMommy
yes, many of the recipes are grain heavy. I did like it mostly, but after a year I was done. And, looking back I used very few of the recipes.
Lady Marmalade
You can get a gist as to the type of recipes by browsing their website. http://www.marthastewart.com/everydayfood I always liked that magazine, and enjoy cooking out of it. But when I shrank my magazine budget, that was the one that got cut. I didn't think it ad heavy at all, compared to many others. In particular, I'm thinking of Cooking Light, which I love and subscribe to, but every other page is an ad.
marbel
I love it, but I have noticed that I use it less now that we are trying to limit our carbs. A friend gives it to me every year for a gift, so I don't mind not using it as much anymore. There are a few cookbooks out from recipes in the magazine; you might see if your library carries it to check it it. Seems like it has about as many ads as any other magazine.
