I have always known my middle child learns differently than my other 2 children...but, I'm just not sure how to gear teaching toward her learning style. Mostly, because I don't really know what her learning style is. Her first evaluation this year was fine...but, the evaluator stated she has some perceptual/spatial issues. She could tell immediately just by looking at my DD's handwriting...letters uneven...floating above the line.

Yep...I recognized all that...but, just don't know what to do. Is there a certain type of field/evaluator I can take her to so I can pinpoint exactly how I need to be teaching her? I don't want to waste time trying to figure this out myself.

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks! I also posted over on that board.

My DD was in speech therapy for 3 years. I'm not sure if that has anything bearing on her learning issue. I think she may be a visual-spacial learner.

???

Thanks, again!
