PrairieSong
I wrote about my friends here. They are heartbroken. Tomorrow afternoon I am going to visit them and take them a meal. Any suggestions? The only stipulation is that she doesn't tolerate onions or peppers well. Other than that, they said anything is fine. My friend who went with me to the service made them a crocheted prayer shawl, so I am going to take that as well.
besroma
An easy meal that saves well is to cook chicken, shred it, and combine with BBQ sauce. Take buns and chips or a salad. Most people, including kids, really enjoy it. I also often take: Lasagna, salad and bread Chicken parmigiana, salad, and bread I can't remember if they have other kids, but fun desserts (ice cream bars, popsicles, brownies) are always welcomed. :grouphug:

They have had seven miscarriages in seven years of marriage. This pregnancy lasted much longer...into the second trimester...so they were more hopeful and more heartbroken when they lost the baby. Thank you for the ideas.
