Lial's BCM -vs- Lial's Pre Algebra

Recommended Posts

What is the difference in these texts? They look to cover many of the same concepts.

I noticed there is a Lial's BCM, Lial's Pre Algebra, AND a book called Lial's Integrated Pre-Algebra

I'm not sure what the difference is. Lol.

The Integrated one is probably the prealg/alg combo, which would be a really fast pace for a kid doing this for the first time. They're for review for people who've taken those courses, but need a refresher.

For better info on BCM vs prealgebra, check out this old thread. There's a table of contents and more info there.
