Blueridge
 What on earth do I do to it? The fillets are defrosted and ready to be used in something amazing. Ideas?
justLisa
I like to make roll ups and bake them. Saute mushrooms, a little shallot/onion, garlic and herbs and a little parmesan. I'm going for LC but you could add a little breadcrumbs to bind.

justLisa
I would say about 25 minutes, and at 350. Oh you an add an egg to the filling I forgot to say that.

Laughing Hen
My favorite go-to mild fish fillet recipe: Dry well with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dry thyme. Sautee in a non-stick skillet in a tiny bit of butter until it flakes easily (3-6 mins per side, generally) Remove from skillet, add a dash of lemon juice to skillet and mix with any drippings. Pour over fillets.
