mom31257
Ds says that he is having a throbbing pain in his right temple when he stands up or gets up from lying down. This has only been going on late this afternoon and evening. Any ideas what it could be? He said it doesn't last long, but he's been pressing on the side of his head when it happens and seems to think that makes it go away. I get them, and I lie down with a warm pack and a neck/head rub from a loved one.
amyco
Also make sure he's not dehydrated at all. That can cause headaches.
Jean in Newcastle
If it's really hot where you are he might need some electrolytes too.
swellmomma
Sinus headache. I find when I get them they start at the temple and behind the eye. THe increased pressure when I stand up makes it worse.
