Weight loss help

Ugh! Last year I lost 12 pounds. Since March I have regained about 6 of those pounds. Now, I now I got a little lazy about watching what I ate and I missed the gym for about 3 weeks due to an illness and a vacation. So, for the last 3 weeks I really cracked down. I exercised 5 days a week, made healthy food choices, no eating after dinner, etc. I'm not losing a thing. What is going on???

I'm considering joining Weight Watchers, but the cost is keeping me away. I keep thinking I should be able to do it on my own.
