Oh, and have you tried making a "hot" coffee with the concentrate?

 

I honestly prefer the standard "hot water" method for hot coffee, but it is very interesting how different "hot" from concentrate is, and you ought to try it once just to see.

 

Note: add boiling water to concentrate [don't boil or heat the concentrate]

When I read your subject line, I thought you were having toddies...you know, like what our mothers and grandmothers had, with whiskey and lemon and maybe some honey. Then I read that you were doing something with coffee and that Mindy was showing up at 6 am with a mug, and I thought you guys must really be having it baaaad to be diving into toddies at 6 am. Then, I wondered how whiskey, honey and lemon could possibly partner with cold brewed coffee. And ONLY THEN did I start to question my original premise. I'm really in trouble here. :tongue_smilie:

When I read the subject line, I thought, oh! you too? Because there is this super cute guy who works in my department and his name.... yes. Now he's a hot toddy. :001_wub: And he is not my spouse. Who I pray will never read this.

 

And I thought I was too old for crushes.
