Home Maintenance: Suggestions?

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone!

In the interest of being more organized, I am trying to come up with a list of things that should be done routinely to maintain the house. I am not talking about weekly cleaning type of stuff, more like: change the air filters in the central air (how often), service the a/c, service the heat, clean the back of the fridge, that type of stuff. What kinds of things do you do for home maintenance?

Thanks!

Every month.

Even if you get the filters that say they are good for "3 months" replace the filter every month. Its better for the a/c system.
