SkateLeft
In addition to the book recommended by the previous posters, I thought I'd add that once your daughter turns 11, she can register for the Red Cross Babysitter's Training course, which contains a first aid component. Also, the Red Cross materials for CPR and First Aid are available online here.
Sew happily ever after
Check wiThis year my 10yo DD used a first aid book from the 4h to complete her project. She ended up with a first aid kit for our family. And she learned all about lots of different first aid topics. The book was only $5. SilverMoon
We used the First Aid merit badge booklet from the Boy Scouts. You can order your own at http://www.scoutstuff.org, even if you're not a member.
