Ottakee
Here is the recipe: 3 8oz packages of cream cheese (or 1/3 less fat version) softened 3-4 green onions finely chopped 1 packet of vegetable soup mix (found near the onion soup mix) 1/3-1/2 cup sour cream (lower fat is fine) 1/4-1/3 cup milk 6-8 oz. of imitation crab meat finely diced Mix all together. It can be served cold, warmed in the oven or mini crock pot. You can use it as the filling for crab ragoons. I like this served with wonton chips. Take wonton wrappers and spray very lightly with Pam spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt and/or garlic powder. Bake for a few minutes at about 300 until just lightly browned. Watch closely as they burn quickly.
Ghee
Oh wow. We ate Chinese last night, my favorite thing is Crab Rangoon. How funny that you posted this! I'll try to make these, maybe I won't get the sick headache like I get at the restaurant. I'm pretty sure it's MSG in their food :001_unsure:

Ottakee
To make the crab ragoons you just put a bit of filling on a wonton wrapper and fold/twist. Seal with a finger dipped in water with corn starch in it. You can then bake them or deep fry them.
