coopers5
Don't miss all of the free (yes, FREE) resources available on the Desiring God website (Piper's website). It is a goldmine of sound biblical teaching. You can download sermons, books, etc. http://www.desiringgod.org/ Send your daughters (and yourselves) to the Girl Talk blog at http://girltalk.blogs.com/girltalk/ Another place for sound biblical teaching. Every Friday, too, there is a "funny" and they are sometimes REALLY hilarious. The site has a book club, book recommendations, lots of great entries from godly women for our young ladies (and ourselves). HTH!

HeatherC
They come with a plan (based on the M'Cheyne schedule) for reading the Bible through in a year (the books offer a 2-year alternative) and also commentary on one of the Bible selections daily.... I'm into my second year of reading (there are 2 volumes), and dh and 15yob are in their first year. My oldest son uses a reading plan/devotional guide from The House of Saint James (same organization that does Touchstone magazine) -- it's based on the church year.
