My new favorite salad (inspired by California Pizza Kitchen)

Chop asparagus, red onion and red pepper. Saute in Paul Newman's Creamy Balsamic dressing. Add black beans (you could use other beans) and corn if desired (I do this if I have leftover corn). Serve atop a bed of romaine and baby greens with either pecans or chunks of avocado.

 

YUM!
