Nestof3 Posted July 13, 2012 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Chop asparagus, red onion and red pepper. Saute in Paul Newman's Creamy Balsamic dressing. Add black beans (you could use other beans) and corn if desired (I do this if I have leftover corn). Serve atop a bed of romaine and baby greens with either pecans or chunks of avocado. YUM!
