mama2cntrykids
Our machine is about 20 years old and we've never had an issue with it. I put in a load of cloth diapers and it filled with water and aggitated, but won't drain/spin. Any ideas?
Bang!Zoom!
It's the belt (most likely) or timer. Google for DIY repair, it's pretty simple, I've done it twice.
justasque
It's the belt (most likely) or timer. Google for DIY repair, it's pretty simple, I've done it twice. I haven't had that specific problem, but we've also fixed ours several times thanks to Google and YouTube. Once we needed a $10 part. So worth it as the old ones are so well-built. mama2cntrykids
Ah-ha! I will have step-ds17 take off the back and see what he can find. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
Tenaj
There's also a gear that is under the drum that will go out and not allow the spin cycle. Shoot, I can't remember the name but it's a part that goes out often enough on washers that when I went to purchase the part the store had it right under the counter instead of in the back.
