Tess in the Burbs
my dh had one of them for awhile. It had issues. Att replaced it 4 times for overheating and cutting off randomly all the time. He finally gave up and bought a new phone. It seriously had issues.
ThisIsTheDay
I just got my Galaxy/Straight Talk plan a few days ago. No, mine does not get hot/super hot when charging. In fact, I was talking on it yesterday while it was charging in my car. I'm loving learning about my phone though!!!! Have you tried voice recognition to write a text? :001_tt1:

Lizzie in Ma
So then I shouldn't worry? I don't know, maybe I should? But I've had it over a year and it's fine, I love it, can't wait to upgrade to the new Galaxy S. ;)
BeachGirl
My daughter and I both have Samsung Galaxy phones. They do get very hot while charging. I don't know why but both have overheated a few times. I am at the end of my contract period and may switch though I LOVE the features on the phone and I don't want to switch. I might need to because the phone keeps freezing and not responding though.
