Help! Dd is researching and needs you!

Dd11 is writing a health article for a newspaper put together by her group of friends. She has chosen to address the unhealthiness of McDonald's food. The article is due tomorrow. (Most others had a week to write--we were on vacation and missed the original sign-up.)

 

I have googled and gotten her some sites to research.

 

However, I recall someone posted an excerpt here that listed the ingredients in Chicken McNuggets and provided explanations for those ingredients. I think it might have been from The Omnivore's Dilemma? At the time, I showed it to the kids and they grossed out on nuggets for all time.

 

I searched and did not find this excerpt, though I am not the savviest on the computer. Can you help?

 

Dd particularly wants that Chicken Nuggets excerpt, but she is also very grateful for any other information you can provide.
