mamalbh
I have started making our own bread to save money and leave out the additives. I love the traditional heavy homemade bread, but dh wants sandwich bread (think Wonder) for work. Anyone have any recipes that come out like store bought sandwich bread? He'd be OK with wheat too, as long as it 'feels' like store bought. Thanks

stripe
I don't have a bread machine, but I do find King Arthur flour recipes to be very reliable. I use them for bread all the time. They have a ton on their website. Here is a simple one that sounds good http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/bread-machine-bread-easy-as-can-be-recipe'>http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/bread-machine-bread-easy-as-can-be-recipe This one for a 1 lb loaf http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/sandwich-bread-for-the-mini-zo-bread-machine-recipe And here is where you can browse for whatever catches your fancy. http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/bread-machine
