UmMusa
Hey, I've been making Artisan in 5 minutes a Day and have been using a plastic shoe box (they came from Costco) to mix and store my dough in. Do you think that's bad? Should I get a food-grade plastic tub? What do you use?
Slartibartfast
I would probably use food grade plastic, there are a lot of things that come in packaging you could reuse. My ds is using this plastic box ice cream came in for legos that would actually be pretty nice for bread dough *eyes his lego box, thinking of stealing it* Is there a number on it inside a recycle symbol? What is the number?
Forget-Me-Not
I would get something food-grade since it sits around in there so long. I have some Rubbermaid cannister-type containers that work well.
Blueridge
Yes, you need food grade plastic. King Arthur Flour Co has a perfect container for keeping bread dough in the fridge.

Lady Florida.
I would use food grade. I couldn't find anything locally, so I went with these.
