(BTW, for those of you not a part of the Weight Loss Challenge social group, I've been doing my weight loss efforts for five weeks now, and of this morning, I'm down 16.6 pounds! Woo Hoo!)

 

But really, if you're craving it super bad, have a baked potato, or one roll, or one cob of corn. Then move on. :D

(Ask me how I know. I really wish someone talked me out of it last week. It took several days of getting back to normal too.)

remudamom, experiment baking with coconit and/or almond flour.
