We're using it, and it's a lot of fun. HSBC was having a special, and I had enough smart points to get it for free.

It reminds me of an updated Schoolhouse Rock but also has quizzes built in. It's done pretty well!

It's a fun grammar review for us.

ETA: I don't like the iPhone app--it's not worth the money, but the full program online is great. They are supposed to be coming out with a more comprehensive iPad app. There is also a music album available that isn't included in the yearly membership, and the website and YouTube have a bunch of sample videos.

I have looked at the samples and I get sensory overload. Is anyone who has children with sensory or ADHD issues using this?

Well DD was media free until 4 and we use very little digital media, she generally hates cartoons, and has low tolerance for noise, and she is enjoying it. But she has none of the issues you mention.
