You have to get rid of your Blitz pile of 10 cards that you use to fill in your 3 stacking piles (which start with just one card). Cards in your stacking piles must be in descending order and instead of suits you have boys and girls which must alternate. I had a sneaking suspicion the game we were just taught by friends was very similar to Dutch Blitz. Never played DB before but was told the basic premise some time ago.
