amyinva
I am wanting to use this with my rising 5th & 7th graders. How much time does it take per day? Can it be done in 4 days/week? Thank you!

G5052
We went through the first two guides, and I own the third and may use it at some point with my younger one who is near the end of the first one now. The fourth day is generally review and can be skipped or rolled into the other days if you like. You can also of course just "do the next thing" and not worry about fitting it perfectly into a week. I think that it ran about 45 minutes a day. At first we did it together, and then they worked independently after the first few months. wapiti
FWIW, there are other options for Henle guides. MODG syllabi are not quite as slow (there are three - one year for the first half of Henle I, one for the second half, or one that covers all of Henle I in one year). They include quizzes and tests. e.g. http://www.amazon.com/Mother-Divine-Grace-Grade-Syllabus/dp/B000FF8P52/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1340729820&sr=8-1&keywords=modg+latin (there are other places to buy these - RR, Adoremus, etc.)
