Angela in TN
My nieces are staying with us (2 of them) until Tuesday and as I shopped this morning I came across 3 packs of massive turkey legs so I bought 2 of them! Now I need help because I have no clue how to cook 'em. Don't have a smoker so that's out but I'm open to any other methods. Thanks!:tongue_smilie:

nutmeg
I just sprinkle them with a bunch of seasoning, bake them for a while in the oven, wrap the 'handle' in foil, and munch! (Sorry, I'm no Martha Stewart!)
plain jane
This isn't what I would call a gourmet meal, but our favourite way to cook turkey legs is on the BBQ. I sprinkle them with seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, italian seasoning and several other goodies that I can find in my spice rack. Then they're onto the grill on low 'til they're done. Just flip 'em every once in a while so they don't burn. Enjoy. yumm. Now *I* want BBQ turkey legs!!
